Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare – Hacking

Recommended Videos

In Infinite Warfare, players will be able to make use of Hacking Charges to hack into certain robot enemies and control them for awhile. Once you’ve taken control of a robot, you’ll be able to move them around, fire their weapons, and initiate a self-destruct sequence to hurt surrounding enemies in the area.

To hack these robots, first you need to acquire a Hacking Charge, which can be found in ammo crates lying around the battlefield. Once you have one, hold the L1 button (or LB if you’re on Xbox One) to see the available hacking targets. They’ll be colored white. Focus on the target you want to hack, and keep the reticle on them until the marker turns red, and then release the button. This will put you in control of the robot, and you’ll be able to see the battlefield from their point of view. However, do note that Reyes will be vulnerable during the hacking process, so you should hide behind cover before attempting it.

With this in mind, you should be able to gain an edge over your enemies in Infinite Warfare. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite for more tips, tricks, and information on the game.
