Days Gone Is a New PlayStation 4 Exclusive From Sony Bend

Another title enters as a PlayStation exclusive.

PlayStation’s E3 press conference kicked things off in a big way with two surprise game announcements. First up was a new God of War, followed by a brand new title from Sony Bend, titled Days Gone. Sony Bend was the studio behind the Vita exclusive game, Uncharted: Golden Abyss.

Days Gone pits you as a biker in a post apocalyptic world, recounting his time with a lost love one. The main character is played by Sam Witwer, who you might know for playing the role of The Apprentice in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

Days Gone PlayStation

A gameplay demo released by Sony, shows the game’s main character traveling through an abandoned valley and facility by motorcycle and by foot, before being set upon by tons of zombie-like creatures. More and more of the creatures appear, and they move with a speed similar to the zombies in the movie World War Z.  The demo ends with our hero trapped atop a water tower, as the creatures sward all around it. No release window has been given for Days Gone at this point, and more details are sure to come out soon.
