Remember the Moments of Triumph events we’ve gotten to celebrate each year so far? They were cool little checklists to complete so that you could truly say you overcame every challenge. Unfortunately, the rewards were less than amazing. Year One players earned an emblem that showed off their accomplishment, but it only meant something to people around since day one. Most people just look and say hey that looks neat, and then are on their merry way. Year Two got an emblem as well, but they all got the right to purchase a shirt at the discounted price of $25 – it cost a few grand if you didn’t complete the challenges but don’t worry, all the proceeds went to charity.

Chances are this will be the final send-off for Destiny before the upcoming sequel, so the prize at the end should be worth it. Perhaps an unlock in the next installment to give you an advantage over the new enemies you’ll encounter? That would be sweet.
