PSN Name Changes

It has been way too long and I’m really getting sick and tired of having to explain to other Fortnite players why my PSN user name is “Emoteenboy69.” It’s honestly very, very embarrassing and guess what? I’ve had that user name ever since I picked up a PS3 back in 2010 and I still can’t get rid of it.

Okay, I lied. I don’t play Fortnite and that is not my user name, but let me tell you, there are tons of other players out there who are just dying to get those promised PSN name changes.

Last year, Sony told us that we would be able to change our terrible User ID’s once the new year came about, and I just checked the month, and it’s almost April. “Early 2019” is basically over already and that guy on my friend’s list is still titled as “Emoteenboy69.”

Since PlayStation will soon be starting their own version of a Nintendo Direct called State of Play, this would be one of the best announcements to make during the first episode that will be airing this coming Monday. Just end the entire livestream with Nintendo’s signature “Just one more thing” line and drop the reveal that names can now be changed.
