Fusing Multiple Personas in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

Just like in previous entries of the series, Persona 5 starts with you only being able to fuse two Personas together at a time. While this will help you gain stronger creatures, you’ll get much better fusion results by fusing even more Personas at the same time. However, you can only unlock the ability to do so by progressing through the Strength Confidant ranks.

The Strength Confidant is unlocked after you gain access to the second Palace in the game, and you can head into the Velvet Room to trigger this. Caroline and Justine will task you with fusing Personas with specific abilities and showing it to them. Each time you successfully complete this request, you’ll gain a rank. Though the process can be a little tedious, I highly recommend grabbing the first rank at least. It requires you to present a Jack Frost with Mabufu, which shouldn’t be too difficult to get, as Jack Frost automatically learns it as he levels up. Achieving that first rank will unlock the ability to fuse three Personas at once. Progressing through this Confidant rank will unlock even more fusion options too.

That’s all you need to do to fuse multiple personas in Persona 5. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite and our ever-expanding wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on Persona 5.
