Without Bullets Trophy and Achievement in Just Cause 3

This Base is located in Insula Fonte (the Region you start the game in), in the province of Feno. It’s located to the southeast of the province and is not near any water, meaning you won’t have to deal with military boats (which are easily the most annoying enemy units in the game). This is the easiest location to earn the Without Bullets Trophy/Achievement since all of the Chaos Targets are located in the open and the enemies will do a lot of the heavy lifting for you.
