Weapon Parts – Ghost Recon Wildlands

Recommended Videos

There are a lot of different ways to deal death in Ghost Recon Wildlands, but if you want to make the most out of your firearms then you’ll need to unlock the various weapon parts throughout the world. These weapons parts serve as a way to customize your rifles’ scopes, barrels, magazines, rails, and even the trigger. To unlock weapon parts in Ghost Recon Wildlands, you’ll need to find various intel documents (they are circles with small I’s) and then choose the “Weapon Parts Locations” as the bonus you receive from the intel.

This will mark various blue pistols throughout that specific region which will either be a shiny new weapons or parts for a certain set of guns. These items are hidden away in large cases that are typically found in Santa Blanca controlled outposts, meaning you’ll have to either kill or sneak past the guard to obtain it. Once you reach the actual case, just hold down the button prompt and they will instantly be added to your collection. Remember, not every weapon can use the same parts as underboss-specific guns like the golden Llamativo cannot be altered by any weapon parts.

Each of the different weapon parts will have an effect on your guns’ statistics which can be found on the right in the loadout menu. Try to tailor the different mechanical parts to your specific play style and feel free to experiment as they are not permanent once equipped. After all, variety is the spice of life.
