Quantic Dream is at it again with yet another compelling narrative game, Detroit: Become Human. What was once a 2012 demo has evolved into a fully-fledged PlayStation title that has smashed the 1 million record in 2018. Detroit: Become Human has been the fastest Quantic Dream game to sell 1 million copies, after two weeks since its initial launch on the PlayStation 4.
In retrospect, Heavy Rain took five weeks to achieve the same results while Beyond: Two Souls only reached the 1 million mark two months after launch. While Detroit: Become Human hasn’t gotten as much traction as God of War or Horizon Zero Dawn, it still stands as an impressive milestone for the PlayStation community this year.
