Warrior of Light
Best Fighters in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT
Warrior of Light has a couple advantages over other Vanguards in the game, with his range on some moves being longer than most, as well as the ability to block attacks. Warrior of Light’s back bravery attacks both in the air and on the ground, when executed at the right time, can block an enemy attack and stagger them. This means you’ll need to pull the move out right as the enemy is striking, and like most things in Dissidia NT, you’ll need to work to get the timing right. However, if you do successfully pull it off you’ll block the attack, strike with one of your own, and open up the opportunity for another combo. His dash attack also lets you pull a guard off quickly, then blow the enemy back.
Warrior of Light’s forward bravery attacks on the ground and in the air have some good range to them. Here, he throws his shield forward, catching the enemy, before launching into a combo. These can be useful to throw enemies off who are expecting you to get in super close for an attack, or just to launch the enemy into a wall and proceed with another combo. In terms of HP attacks, Warrior of Light is pretty robust. His initial attack, Shining Wave, has really good range and can track the target’s movement to a degree. Each of his HP attacks after that get shorter and shorter in their range, but add more additional damage when executed.
Warrior of Light basically functions well as a tank, soaking up damage and turning attacks back on an enemy. Because of this, his EX Skill can be useful as it forces enemies within the area to focus on Warrior of Light for 15 seconds, letting you soak up damage while your teammates wreak havoc on the other team.
