Your Choices Actually Matter

With Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Ubisoft is going all-in on the RPG elements, and that includes dialogue options and story branches. While these options might look a bit straightforward at first glance, a lot of them actually do matter, and will affect your story flow as you progress. With that in mind, if you want to get the best ending in the game, you really need to think about how you approach different situations in the main story. Consider the situation before making a decision, and think about how your actions will affect the characters around you.

Mind you, it’s really only the main story decisions that matter. While most side quests do have alternate outcomes as well, they don’t seem to have any impact on the main plot, so you’re free to handle those however you want.
