Don’t Neglect Your Ship

assassin's creed odyssey, cultist clues

As tempting as it may be to just dump all your resources into equipment upgrades, don’t forget about your ship in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey either. For the most part, you’ll just be sailing from point A to point B in your ship. However, you will be forced into mandatory naval battles from time to time. If your ship isn’t properly upgraded, you’re not going to have a very good time.

For starters, focus on at least upgrading your ship hull to tier 4. This will unlock all four lieutenant slots on your ship in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, allowing you to make use of as many lieutenant perks as possible. Perks include increasing ship armor, rower stamina, and better weak point creation with your arrows and javelins. Upgrading the ship hull also increases your ship armor, allowing you to survive better in naval battles.
