Taking on the role of a pirate, in Sea of Thieves you travel on the seven seas in a shared online multiplayer world filled with islands, enemy ships, and even kraken monsters.

Groups of players can travel together and assume different roles on a pirate ship including steering, firing cannons, navigating the ocean, and hoisting sails. You’ll have to communicate together as a team to make sure you don’t fall victim to all the dangers hiding in Sea of Thieves’ world.

Two different weapons can be carried at once, and the four in-game weapons include a sword, flintlock, blunderbuss, and bolt-action rifle. In Sea of Thieves you embark on pirate-styled quests to get loot you can then use to buy new cosmetic items for your character and ship.

Sea of Thieves released for Xbox One and PC on March 20.
