Dragon Ball XenoVerse: Krillin Mentor / Master Quest Guide

Become Krillin’s Apprentice

The bald BFF wants to be your mentor! Do you really want him to be, though? Okay, well, the first part of Krillin’s mentor quest in Dragon Ball XenoVerse is much like others in that you simply need to prove your strength by beating the ever loving crap out of the beloved Dragon Ball Z hero. Once you finish this one out of seven stars battle, you’ll get Krillin as your mentor and potentially some rewards!

• 500 zeni
• Small Mix Capsule
• Orin Combo

That was easy, wasn’t it? Once you’re done, leave and level up to access Krillin’s next mentor quest.

Martial Art Mix

A two out of seven stars battle awaits you with Krillin’s next quest. He wants you to fight him again, but this time, you’ll be facing Tien, too. Don’t worry, Yamcha will be helping you. Be on the lookout for his HP. Reduce either Krillin or Tien’s health bars low enough and you can potentially get you the following rewards:

• 700 zeni
• Small Mix Capsule
• Destructo-Disc

After this ridiculously easy battle (mentors get very difficult), let’s move on to the third quest in Krillin’s mentor line. This next one gets a bit harder, actually.

Smash! Orin Combo!

This battle is the same difficulty rating as the last one, so rest easy. The only special condition is that you must finish Krillin off with Orin Combo. This is a move you got from his first quest. Do this in under five minutes and you have a chance at these rewards:

• 850 zeni
• Energy Capsule S
• Small Mix Capsule
• Med. Mix Capsule
• Spread Shot Retreat

After this, you only have the final battle to complete Krillin’s mentor quest line, congratulations!

Mastery

Krillin’s final mentor battle is three out of seven stars as he’s one of the first mentors you can get. Absolutely nothing compared to the much harder mentors like Beerus or Goku. So don’t worry, you’ve got this. Just get his health down and use Destructo-Disc within five minutes and you’ll possibly net these rewards:

• 1,500 zeni
• Release Your Ki!
• Energy Capsule M
• Med. Mix Capsule
• Guard Shard
• Scatter Kamehameha
