Is Yakuza 6 Coming to Nintendo Switch?
Yakuza 6 is finally around the corner, concluding the final chapter in Kiryu’s story. Making use of an all-new engine known as Dragon Engine, Yakuza 6 makes its cutscenes look more detailed and visually alluring than ever before. Plus, all of those pesky load screens that used to plague your exploration of Kamurocho are gone, making for a far more seamless and immersive experience. While Yakuza has long been a PlayStation exclusive series, some players may be wondering if we could see the game come to the Nintendo Switch.
It wouldn’t be the first time that the Yakuza series has been on a Nintendo console. A Wii U remaster of the original two games did hit the system in 2013, albeit only in Japan. Unfortunately, however, there are currently no signs that we’ll see the game come to the Nintendo Switch.
If this happens to change, then we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know. For now, though, it’s just a case of crossing your fingers and hoping that Yakuza 6 will hit the Nintendo Switch sometime in the future.
