How to Level Up Fast in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was one of the biggest games of the Switch’s first year, and the title has sold over one million copies to date. Since its release, the Expansion Pass has added on a wealth of changes and updates to the game, like new quests, Blades, items, and more. Its biggest add-on yet, however, is Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna – The Golden Age, a brand new story expansion that’s coming as a standalone game. Torna takes place 500 years before Xenoblade Chronicles 2, focusing on the first fight to stop the Aegis named Malos. Although there are a few differences, most of the base mechanics work the same in Torna, and that includes leveling up. Of course, you’ll probably want to know how to level up fast, in order to take down all those dangerous enemies.
Every single enemy you fight in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna will reward the party with experience, but fighting random enemies definitely isn’t the quickest way to level up. The easiest way to level up in Torna, without a doubt, is by completing sidequests. There’s a huge emphasis on sidequests in the expansion, and a section of the story will even require you to complete some to keep moving forward. Torna is very generous with the experience sidequests give you, and resting at a camp will allow you to use all this bonus experience to level up fast. Everything feels a little condensed in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna, versus the main game, and you’ll find yourself easily being able to hit level 50 or so by 15 hours in.
If you find yourself having trouble with a specific enemy or story section, mop up a few sidequests and you should be able to level up three or four times. Any available sidequests will be marked with a blue question mark on your map, and you can track any quest you’ve picked up by opening your Quest Log and selecting it.
That’s all you need to know about leveling up fast in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna. For even more tips, tricks, and guides on the original game and the Torna expansion, make sure to search Twinfinite.
