Getting Hideout Fragments in Tribes of Midgard

There are four different Fragment types in Tribes of Midgard, and by far the trickiest ones to get are the Hideout Fragments. These can only be obtained in the Smoky Highlands biome, which means that you’ll need to upgrade your gear considerably before heading in. Since the Smoky Highlands is one of the last biomes you’ll visit in a run, take the time to scavenge for resources and get as many upgrades as possible.

Once in the biome, all you have to do is look out for caves embedded in the sides of the wall or in the ground, and you’ll know you’ve found a hideout. Head inside and clear all three levels of enemies, and you’ll be rewarded with a Hideout Fragment.

How to Use Them

You need a total of five Hideout Fragments in order to unlock the dungeon of the saga boss at the end of the run. This means that you need to clear five hideouts before you’re able to progress, even if you’ve already completed all of the other run objectives.

You should be able to blast through these pretty easily towards the end of a run, though, as you’ll need to have higher tier weapons and armor to be able to clear everything in the Smoky Highlands biome.

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use Hideout Fragments in Tribes of Midgard. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
