If you’re just starting with the Krypt, you won’t be able to jump right in and grab Scorpion’s heart chest skin. First, you need to have made the following progress.

First off, you’ll need 250 hearts –that’s the minimum for any Shao Khan chest. Second, you’ll need to have progressed far enough in the Krypt to have obtained access to Goro’s Lair.

Your objective is the Jails -6864, 1180. There are two areas of the jail so it can be confusing but you’ll want to head towards the right side of the map (see above), you’ll pass the dining halls on your way there.

If you go to the location marked above, you’ll see an elevator the Shao Khan heart chest for Scorpion’s skin is located right there beside the elevator staring at you in the face as you approach it. It’s pretty much impossible to miss.
