How to Split Ammo and Items in PUBG

Recommended Videos

If you are playing the PUBG Duo mode and you want to split ammo and items with your partner, or if you just want to drop a specific number of ammo in general, this is the guide for you.

To split ammo and items, pull up your inventory in the game and hold the CTRL key over the item you want to split. Drag the item to the “ground,” and a window will appear that will give you the option to type out exactly how much you wish to drop. This also works if you want to split any item in PUBG such as bandages or energy drinks.

If the window does not appear for you when you use the CTRL key to split ammo or other items, then it might be an issue surrounding custom key binding. If you are using custom key binding, then you must go into the settings in options and manually assign another key for it. This is the only way to pull split items in the game and keep your custom settings. If you do not wish to do that, then the only other option would be to restore your settings to the default ones.

That’s all you need to know to split ammo and items in PUBG. For more on PUBG, be sure to check out our wiki.
