Catching the Twin Fish in Moonglow Bay

When you first arrive in the Sulfur Deep area of the map, your character will remember Marina’s advice that you should separate the two Betta Angel Fish. Together, they’re incredibly aggressive, but separating them will calm them down and make it easier for you to catch them.

To do this, you need to steer your trawler close to the rocks right in the center of this area.

When you do, the twin fish should come towards you and an ‘!’ will appear above them.

At this point, they should lunge towards you and hit the mass of rocks behind you. It’s a little hit and miss as to whether they’ll also hit the rocks behind you.

The best way to ensure they do is to have them swim directly towards the rocks, rather than coming in at an angle.

Do this twice and one of the Betta Angel Fish should move to the other side of the rock formation. Now all you need to do is get one of twin fish to crash into the rocks one final time to cause the final bit of rubble to separate the two fish.

Upon doing so, your character and daughter will realize that the fish are too calm to catch, despite how much they could be sold for. You’ll leave them to enjoy their peace and quiet on their own, but not before you salvage the ship wreck that surfaced when the rock formation collapsed.

That’s everything you need to know on catching the twin fish in Moonglow Bay. For more tips and tricks, be sure to search for Twinfinite, or check out more of our coverage on the game below.
