Kingdom Come Deliverance: How to Fix Stuck In Door Issue

Getting Stuck in Doors in Kingdom Come Deliverance

Recommended Videos

Kingdom Come Deliverance features a rather massive open world game for exploration. Because of that, you can probably expect there to be a few bugs or glitches that might hamper your gameplay. Sure enough, there is an issue that causes Henry to get stuck in doorways throughout the open world, and it becomes impossible to move.

At the moment, getting out of the door seems to be quite a tricky issue to get around. From our experience, we found that we were usually able to get out of the situation by moving around while sprinting, crouching, and jumping. It’s not exactly a confirmed fix, but trying to jump your way out of the door might help in getting you unstuck. If this doesn’t work, just restart the game or reload a save. This isn’t ideal, considering that the save system isn’t very convenient, but it is the only way to get out of a stuck door if jumping and sprinting isn’t working for you.

If all else fails, this Redditor mentioned that fiddling with the console commands while trying to get out might help:

‘I just watched a streamer who opened the console commands and typed in “p_gravity_z 0” and he used a combination of moving towards the door and jumping and he was able to get out.

He swapped the gravity back to “p_gravity_z -13” … Hopefully, others can find that helpful.’
