The Stink Bomb is the latest item making its way to Fortnite Battle Royale, offering a new throwable item to deal damage to your opponents from afar. Of course, if you’re wondering exactly how the Stink Bomb works, or just want to know when it’s going to be available in the game, read on.

The reveal of the Stink Bomb came as part of the New Updates bulletin that can be opened in the game. Currently, all we know is that the Stink Bomb is coming soon and that it “Explodes into a cloud on impact and slowly damages anyone inside.” At the time of writing, we don’t know exactly how much damage it’ll do and how often you’ll suffer from this damage when you’re inside the cloud of gas. We’ll be updating this post with more in-depth information on Fortnite’s latest addition just as soon as we’ve had chance to put it to the test.

While officially we only know that the new throwable weapon is ‘coming soon,’ from past teased items added into Fortnite, we know that they arrive as part of the next content update to hit the game. The next content update due to hit Fortnite Battle Royale tomorrow, June 19.
