First things first: make sure you have the latest update downloaded and installed for your game. The update is currently only available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and the Switch version will be coming at the end of May. Once you have it installed, boot up the game.

In order to access Zangetsu and the new Randomizer mode, you need to have beaten the game and obtained the good ending. After that, select the Extras option from the main menu and you should see Randomizer.

However, players are reporting that there’s a glitch with the new content not showing up. If the mode doesn’t appear for you, you might have to reload a save from your previous game and beat the final boss again. After beating the final boss and getting the credits to roll, the new modes should show up in the menu. This is a temporary fix for now, but the developers should be pushing out a patch for it soon.

With the Randomizer mode in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night, you’ll be able to adjust all sorts of parameters in the game, as well as set the win conditions for a particular run. Enemy drops can become completely random, and the crafting system can also become entire unpredictable, giving you a whole new way to experience the game all over again.
