There are five pieces of armor to the Celtic set, so let’s run through each location separately.

Celtic Braces

The Celtic braces are pretty easy to find, and they’re likely the first piece of the set you’ll come across given that Wrath of the Druids’ story takes you to this location fairly early on. The braces are located in a hut in the Inchroe area, just west of Meath.

Celtic Breeches

You’ll find the Breeches at Cashelore castle. It’s behind a moveable wall that requires you to move one side to the left, break a crate, then move it left so you can push the second one forward and gain access to the room. Unfortunately for us, a glitch prevented access and so we couldn’t get it.

Warning: do NOT move the left moveable wall to the left, otherwise you will not be able to grab hold of it again.

For the armor, head to Rathcrogan in Connacht. As soon as you arrive and ping the area with your Odin’s Sight, you should locate the armor immediately. But to actually access the building it’s held in, you will have to defeat the chieftain of the area; just sneak up behind him and steal it if you don’t fancy taking him on.

For the Cloak, head to the stronghold that sits on an island just off the northern shores of the Inch loch Neagh. It’s located inside a tent.

Celtic Helmet

The final piece of armor is the Celtic Helmet, which you’ll need to travel to the Aileach stronghold to get. It’s in an underground cellar, but to access it you will first need to shoot out the lock of the door from a tent above. You can see what we’re talking about in the pictures below.
