Nintendo has just released the latest free update for Animal Crossing New Horizons, and it comes packed with some exciting new content for the months of April and May. For starters, Nature Day is here, and there are a few things you can do during this period of time. Here’s how to decorate with flowers in Animal Crossing New Horizons.
How to Decorate With Flowers in Animal Crossing New Horizons
With the Nature Day event now active in the game, players will be able to participate in Nature Day activities via the Nook Miles app from their Nook Phone. By completing these random activities, you’ll be able to earn five times the usual amount of Nook Miles, making this event very lucrative for farming Miles and Nook Miles Tickets in turn.
However, some of the activities can be a little obtuse. For instance, one of the Nature Day activities just tasks you to “decorate with flowers,” which might not be very clear. To tick off this activity, all you have to do is decorate your island or home with a piece of furniture that requires flowers to craft.
Some examples include the rose bed, or the rose wreath. As long as the DIY Recipe lists flowers as a required ingredient, you can craft the piece of furniture and display it, and it’ll count towards your Decorate With Flowers activity on the Nook Miles app.
After you’ve cleared your first Nature Day activity, remember to speak with Tom Nook again in the Resident Services building to get a free DIY Recipe for the hedge fence, which allows you to build hedges around your island to give it a bit more flair.
