The Promised Neverland is one of the best new anime to be released in the past year or so. It’s short, definitely worth binging, and even has a top-tier opening. Its loveable characters and suspenseful story can be enjoyed by even more viewers when The Promised Neverland comes to Netflix.

It’s been revealed that the show will be arriving on Netflix in the US, Canada, and Latin America on Sept. 1, so mark your calendars if you’re interested.

The Promised Neverland is an engaging thriller full of mystery. It follows the story of a number of orphans living in Grace Field House. They’re all being taken care of by a single woman, who they all see as their mother.

The peaceful atmosphere is quickly shifted into something unexpectedly haunting as the kids make a discovery that sets the plot in motion. New viewers will get to see it all unfold when The Promised Neverland hits Netflix.

Given the anime’s popularity, it came as no suprise when Season 2 of The Promised Neverland was announced back in March. Season 2’s release did end up getting delayed, though, due to COVID-19 related concerns. It was moved to January 2021 instead of its initial October 2020 start date.

The delay is unfortunate, but now, those looking to get into The Promised Neverland will have the option to finish up the first 12-episode season on Netflix before the second one begins.
