12 Things to Do After Beating Cyberpunk 2077 (Post Game/End Game)

Once you’ve finished Cyberpunk 2077 you should go back and check out these activities.

Cyberpunk 2077 is finally out, and while CDPR is busy working on patches, new DLC content, a multiplayer mode and so much more to come further down the line, players are soaking up all the atmosphere of Night City. This is a CDPR game, though, so just because you’ve finished the main story, there’s still plenty for you to see and do. Below you’ll find 12 things to do after beating Cyberpunk 2077.

Complete the Edgerunners Update Content

Cyberpunk 2077’s first major update was released in tandem with a Netflix anime series that surpassed all expectations. It’s a series that recharged enthusiasm for the entire Cyberpunk franchise, seeing both new and returning players boot up the game in record numbers. Funnily enough, though, there isn’t actually a whole bunch of new content to play in the game; still, you should probably go and check it out if you haven’t already.

There are three new Gigs: Concrete Cage Trap, Desperate Measures, and Nasty Hangover. There are also six new firearms to find, and five new melee weapons. Finally, there’s a new arcade minigame called Roach Race to try and compete for high scores.

Complete All CyberPyscho Sightings & NCPD Missions

Just because you’ve pushed through the main story of Cyberpunk 2077 doesn’t mean you’ve seen everything that Night City has to offer. There’s still a ton of things to keep your trawling the streets, namely CyberPsycho sightings and NCPD Scanner missions.

While you may have already cleared out the Cyberpsychos from Night City, the NCPD Scanner Hustle missions are more than a dime a dozen, so you’ll probably have a good few of these left to complete.

They’re not the most varied of mission types, often requiring you to simply eliminate enemies in the streets, but if you want to get all the trophies and achievements in the game you’ll need to do all of these anyway. Plus, it’ll allow you to level up V even more.

Scan All the Tarot Card Murals

The ‘Fool on the Hill’ side job can be picked up during Act 2, during which you’ll also notice that a new Tarot Card icon has been added to your map. Visit one and scan it, and you’ll then be tasked with going to Viktor and Misty to find out what the deal is with them.

Turns out these Tarot Cards may hold some deeper meaning, gifted to us from a higher power. As such, Misty tasks you with finding all 20 Tarot Card murals painted across Night City.

Finding them isn’t all that difficult as their locations are marked on your map, though a couple of these are locked behind Cyberpunk 2077’s different endings.

Once you’ve got them all, Misty awards you with a dreamcatcher for V’s apartment, but you’ll also unlock the ‘The Wandering Fool’ trophy and achievement.

Complete the Delamain ‘Epistrophy’ Side Quest

You’ll actually unlock the ‘Epistrophy’ side quest pretty early on in Cyberpunk 2077, but if you’ve been focused on the main story you might have left it on the back burner. If you’ve yet to complete it, make this a priority as it’s one of the more interesting and thought-provoking quests in the game.

Epistrophy sees you having to round up rogue taxis for Delamain, but the story elements make it more exciting than a typical fetch quest. Each taxi has its own reasons for going rogue and roaming the streets of Night City, and it’s down to V to talk to each one of them into returning back to the Delamain HQ garage.

It’s really not all that difficult, especially if you’re returning to complete it at a late stage in the game, but it certainly makes you think about just how technology and AI would cope in a very human, emotional world.

We won’t say much more to save you from spoilers, but just know it’s well worth your time.

Become Night City’s Best Brawler

Another early side quest you can get in Cyberpunk 2077 is ‘Beat on the Brat.’ It tasks you with tracking down a number of street fighters in Night City and beating them, before taking on the champ and claiming the crown for yourself.

These can be particularly tricky during the early hours of the game when V isn’t very highly leveled, so chances are you’ll still need to clear these out by the time the credits roll. Go ahead and give these fighters a nice punch in the mouth and let them know there’s a new champ in town.

Complete All the Races

After getting about halfway through the main storyline, you’ll unlock ‘The Beast in Me.’ This is a side job that sees V partaking in a number of different street races across Night City.

There are five races in total you’ll need to complete, and depending on where you’ve been investing your money on your adventure, you may not have completed them yet while you save up for a better car.

Completing ‘The Beast in Me’ not only gives you a nice change of pace from the usual run-and-gun missions in Cyberpunk 2077, but you’ll also net yourself one of two neat rides depending on how you wrap the quest up.

Reload a Late Stage Save to Play Through Different Endings

As you begin approaching the end of Cyberpunk 2077, you’ll want to make a save that you keep and don’t overwrite. That’s because there are actually multiple endings in Cyberpunk 2077, with your choices on your adventure determining which one you get.

Specifically, you want to save during or before the main quest Nocturne OP55N1. This is where you’ll make a big decision (we’re not saying any more ’cause spoilers), and will ultimately determine which of the four epilogues you can get.

Make a save here, and then you can quickly return here and play through the final missions of the game to see all of the endings you can possibly get. It’s a completionist’s life, living in Night City.

Clear Out Side Jobs

So you’ve done all the NCPD Scanner hustles and Cyberpsycho sightings, that doesn’t mean you’re done with the side content still.

The Fixer in each district of Night City will keep contacting you until you’ve cleared out all of their Gigs. Even after doing this, you can still find random events and occurrences marked on your map.

These are well worth checking out, as they can be something as simple as an anti-cyberware preacher, through to more interesting little expeditions for V to embark on.

Buy All the Cars!

After you’ve cleared the prologue, you’ll start getting an abundance of messages from the Fixers of Night City. These messages inform you of a car they have for sale, and where you can buy it. Each one is added to your Journal, so you don’t have to make a decision right away to buy them.

Once you’ve pushed through the story a little bit more though, you’ll begin to earn more and more eddies (money), making those vehicles all the more attainable.

You’ll also need to own every car in Night City for the ‘Autojock’ trophy and achievement, but there’s definitely some pride to be had in having an extensive vehicle collection to pick and choose from as you see fit.

Respec & Max Out Your Character Build

By the time you’ve finished the story and begin to clear out the side content, you’ll begin to have more than enough skill and perk points to really max out your V as much as humanly possible in the game.

If you’ve had a clear vision for how you want your character build to look from the beginning, you can simply pour the last few points into your favored attributes and perks and be done with it.

For those who were a little unsure, now’s the time to respec. To do so, you’ll need to purchase the Tabula E-Rasa from a Ripperdoc for 100,000 Eurodollars.

Why respec now? Well, we already know that Cyberpunk 2077 will be getting additional DLC and potential expansions, so what better way to prepare for all of this than by perfecting your character build?

Second & Third Playthroughs for Other Lifepaths & Playstyles

If you feel you’ve exhausted absolutely everything you can do in your current save file, it might be time to embark on the adventure with V all over again.

This time, though, try a different character build, make different decisions, and most importantly, choose a different Lifepath.

While Lifepaths don’t make a huge difference, you’ll get some different dialog options and a unique introduction for each one. If you didn’t make that late-game save file, either, this gives you another more organic opportunity to play through and experience each of Cyberpunk 2077’s endings.

Go for the Platinum/ 1000 Gamerscore

A lot of what we’ve included in our list of things to do after beating Cyberpunk 2077 will help you get even closer to that Platinum trophy or 1000 Gamerscore, but you’ll still likely have a few other bits and pieces to polish off.

From watching Bushido X with Rogue, through to collecting all of Johnny Silverhand’s items, and even shooting a grenade midair with a revolver, there are a lot of random trophies and achievements in Cyberpunk 2077 you may not naturally unlock as part of an ordinary playthrough.

You’ll also need to complete every last bit of side content, which is where your playtime will likely start skyrocketing over 100 hours.
