Developed and published by Ubisoft, Watch Dogs Legion is the third main entry in the sci-fi open world series. This game is a pretty radical departure from the first two entries in that there is no single main protagonist that you follow throughout the entire story. Instead, the entire premise is centered around the idea of being able to recruit anyone in London, and giving them the right loadouts to fight back. Here’s how to equip skills and weapons in Watch Dogs Legion.
Equipping Skills and Weapons in Watch Dogs Legion
As you play through the game, you’ll slowly start to accumulate Tech Points, which are used to unlock gadgets and upgrades for your team. These are important to surviving later missions as they get increasingly harder, and you’ll want to make sure that your team has all the tools they need at their disposal.
First off, press the touchpad on PS4 or the View button on Xbox One to bring up the menu, then head to the Tech tab. From here, you can purchase weapons or gadgets with any Tech Points you have.
After that, go to the Team tab and select the operative whose loadout you want to edit. You’ll see the items they currently have equipped in the bottom right corner, and you can change them out. Every operative has three slots: two for weapons, and one for gadgets.
This means that you can only have one gadget for each operative, so you’ll definitely want to change them out depending on the kind of mission you’re tackling.
You can change your equipment at any point in the game, except when you’re in combat, in a restricted area, or on the run from the police.
