All Nintendo Switch Game Releases for February 2019

Recommended Videos

January was a bit of a quiet month for new game releases on the Switch, and… February 2019 is going to be a little quiet as well. There are still tons of games coming out for the console of course, but there’s definitely a noticeable lack of big hitters or major games to look out for.

However, there are still a few gems that you should definitely keep on your radar. Wargroove, for instance, was announced back when the Switch first released, and it’s finally going to launch this month.

It takes a lot of inspiration from Advance Wars, and is a tactical turn-based RPG that has you moving your units around a grid field while trying to rout the enemy forces. You’ll be able to capture bases on the map to increase your funds each turn, allowing you to deploy more powerful units as you save up.

From what we’ve played so far, Wargroove definitely does not disappoint, and you can check out our official review of it later this week.

Aside from that, Steins;Gate Elite will also be releasing for the Switch later this month, which is very exciting news for fans of the popular visual novel series.

In addition to that, Ubisoft is also releasing a Child of Light + Valiant Hearts bundle, which is definitely a great deal for fans of beautiful side-scrolling games. Child of Light continues to be one of our favorite Ubisoft RPGs from this generation, while Valiant Hearts is a beautiful, albeit somewhat melancholic, game about a war-torn life.
