Diablo III: Eternal Collection (Nov. 2)

diablo iii: eternal collection

For those of you who love looking at numbers and watching them go up as you play, Diablo III is your game. Diablo III: Eternal Collection is a complete package that comes with all the previously released content and updates we’ve seen over the years. Whether you’re a new player or veteran, Eternal Collection is a great entry point because of the way it’s structured.

For new players, you can start out with the campaign as per normal, and get familiarized with the game’s systems. As for veterans, you’ll be glad to know that adventure mode is made available right from the start, and you can also jump straight into seasons to start climbing the leaderboards.

It certainly helps that Blizzard’s done such a fantastic job with this port as well. Diablo III on Switch features local co-op, where you can have up to four players engage in splitscreen play on one console. However, you and your friends can also play together via a wireless LAN connection if you’ve got multiple Switches as well. Co-op is seamless, making this the perfect, grindy loot game to take with you on the go. Diablo III also runs at a smooth 60fps in both docked and handheld modes, and the game just runs like a dream.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection is one of the best Switch games for co-op, and if that sounds like something you’d be interested in, this is worth your time.
