Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Assassin’s Creed Origins blew us away last year when Ubisoft transported us to Ancient Egypt with all its breathtaking pyramids and endless deserts. This year, Odyssey takes us to Ancient Greece, where we get to take in the beautiful sun-bathed Greek islands. And yes, it’s a very pretty game.

Odyssey is an incredibly large open world game that takes players to iconic locations like Athens and Sparta. Traversal is mostly done via your ship on sea as you’re moving between islands, and while Sea of Thieves still takes the crown for having the most beautiful water in any video game ever, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is no slouch either.

As you might expect from your typical Assassin’s Creed game, Odyssey is filled with gorgeous vistas, views of moon-drenched waters, and Instagram-worthy sunsets. Odyssey also comes with a pretty robust and detailed photo mode that allows you to share your screenshots online. And if you’d like, you can also go online to check out other players’ photos and see who’s got a better eye for photography.
