How to Beat Electro & Vulture in Spider-Man PS4
This post contains spoilers for the later stages of Spider-Man PS4’s story, specifically, your encounter with Electro and Vulture. If you’d rather experience it for yourself spoiler-free, we advise that you turn back now.
Following the events of Spider-Man PS4’s second act, things are in a bit of a mess for poor ol’ Spidey. Crime is running rampant through the streets, and some notorious villains that Spider-Man is definitely familiar with are doing a lot of the damage.
Vulture and Electro are one of the two duos that you’ll need to take out when it comes to Spider-Man’s third act, so here’s how to beat them both with relative ease.
First off, no, you don’t need to beat one first before you can take on the other. The beauty of this boss battle in Spider-Man PS4, is you’re free to take them on whichever way you choose.
It’s definitely easy to eliminate one out of the fight entirely, so you can focus on the other, though, and that’s what we’ll talk you through here.
Let’s start with Electro, then. As this battle pretty much entirely takes place in the air, you’re going to need to wait for Electro to stand over the generators dotted around the area. Once he’s hovering above one of these, you’ll want to start webbing it as much as possible.
At this point, if you’ve done it enough, you should have the option to then press Triangle to web straight to him. Start attacking and punching Electro over and over as much as you can until he’s no longer stunned. Zip away as quick as you can when you do notice to try and avoid taking damage.
Rinse and repeat this every time you spot Electro standing over one of the generators in Spider-Man PS4, and after a few rounds, he’ll drop out.
Then it’s over to Vulture, who’s not really all that difficult either. For this one, you’ll simply want to wait until he’s not attacking you and get within range. You should then be able to use Triangle to web towards him and start attacking him.
Use the dodge button whenever he sends out an attack to avoid it, and use X while in the air to quickly project yourself in whatever direction you’re holding the left stick and gain a burst of speed without losing altitude. Then, wait for Vulture’s next quiet moment and swoop in again.
There’s really not much else to defeating Vulture and Electro in Spider-Man PS4 than that!
