Unlocking the Hollowed Lair Strike in Destiny 2: Forsaken

Recommended Videos

Destiny 2: Forsaken features four brand new Strikes that will be laced throughout the new DLC’s story: The Hollowed Lair, Warden of Nothing, Broodhold (PS4 Exclusive), and The Corrupted.

To access The Hollowed Lair, all you need to do is bring up the Destinations map, choose Strikes in the top left, then pick the playlist. Forsaken added a brand new difficulty setting for Strikes, so it is recommended that players be a minimum power level of 400 before attempting The Hollowed Lair. In order to reach that level, we suggest playing the new story missions introduced alongside the new DLC. Some of those missions include Nothing Left to Say.

As with any Strike, The Hollowed Lair has received a Nightfall version. More adventurous players should attempt this Strike if they are sitting at a higher Power level.

Once you complete the full Forsaken story campaign, the strike and its playlist will be unlocked in the Director, and you’ll be able to start playing those. The final quest in the Forsaken story is titled Nothing Left to Say, so just look out for that mission name and you’ll know how close you are to actually completing the campaign. Finish it up, watch the final cutscenes, and you’ll be good to go after that.

That is how to unlock The Hollowed Lair and the Nightfall version of the Strike. For more guides, tips and other useful info, head over to our extensive Destiny 2 wiki. Be sure to leave any questions or other comments you may have in the section below.
