Best Multiplayer and Co-Op Games of April 2018

While the majority of Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is strictly single-player, the game does feature a few co-op mini-games you and a friend can take advantage of if you so please.

The two mini-games accessible from the main menu screen include a version of Puyo Puyo, a puzzle game where you match colored shapes that fall from the top of the screen in pairs, triplets, or tetrads with four or more of the same color lining up, causing them to disappear.

The other is an in-game version of Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, the 2012 fighting game from SEGA that released for PS3 and Xbox 360. In the game you can wander into an arcade and play it there by yourself, or play against a friend from the menu screen. This marks the first time Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown is available to play on PS4.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life released exclusively for PS4 on April 17.
