MekO for the New York Excelsior team is an amazing tank player, especially with his signature character D.Va. During the game against Los Angeles Valiant on Thursday he played very aggressively and it paid off as he got pick after pick.

As D.Va, MekO is especially good at targeting and engaging weaker enemies and backing off if things get too hairy. In a clip below from Thursday’s game he successfully kills off both of Valiant’s healers single-handedly while avoiding Agilities as Roadhog.

During the 34 minutes he played D.Va in that match, he got a whopping 142 eliminations. He also had some great playtime as Roadhog while only dying three times across all three maps, half as much as the enemy tank duo on the Valiant team.

This week MekO proved he’s one of the best tank players in the Overwatch League, and is no doubt a big reason the New York Excelsior team is at spot number two with 4-0 in the league standings right now under just Seoul Dynasty for first.
