Call of Duty: WW2
Top 5 Xbox One Co-Op Games of Q4 2017
Rest assured that the newest entry in the Call of Duty franchise titled Call of Duty: WW2 is actually a worthwhile entry in the long-running first-person shooter series. Aside from its narrative strides and impeccable gameplay mechanics, what makes this year’s title worth a purchase is the inclusion of a co-op mode on Xbox One that allows you and a buddy either take on waves of infested hordes in Nazi Zombies or challenge other players over in multiplayer. A huge plus of the latter feature is that the title’s full range of offerings including 1v1 play, Divisions, Team Deathmatch, and more are all available to play via splitscreen, meaning there’s no real incentive to be playing online alone anymore.
As you may have heard by now, Nazi Zombies is set apart from the main campaign of WW2 and pits you and a friend against waves of incoming human corpses just as in previous iterations in the franchise. What makes this year’s version of the mode a bit different is the inclusion of a hardcore path with an alternate ending for more seasoned veterans. Should you and your buddy find yourselves playing this path and unable to get past the sixth wave, rest easy knowing that WW2 allows both of you the ability to join up with two other players in order to reach wave seven, eight, nine, and more. Happy Nazi Zombie hunting!
