In addition to the crazy long ice block reveal, HBO put out a teaser trailer for Game of Thrones’ 7th season. And it is quite a doozy.

Though none of the Game of Thrones characters from the end of season 6 are seen, voices of the major players–Cersei, Danaerys, etc.–are heard. Statues representing the different houses of Winterfell are shown wrapped around one in another in a metaphor for the Iron Throne, and a voice ominously says that only one war matters: the Great War. One has to wonder when those pesky White Walkers are going to rear their ugly heads again as well…
Game of Thrones Season 7 comes to HBO and HBO Go on July 16. It’ll be the penultimate season before the 8th wraps it all up.
