All 3 Trails of Cold Steel Games Will Be Coming to PS4

All that JRPG goodness on the PS4.

In a recent financial briefing report, Japanese developer Falcom announced that the latest game in the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series would be coming to the PS4. In addition to that, the developer also has plans to bring the first two games in the series to the current-gen console as well.

“In the next term, we plan to release the latest entry in the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series for home console, PlayStation 4. Additionally, we plan to release The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II for the same home console, PlayStation 4.”

The first two games are now available on PS3 and PS Vita, and the third game was recently released on PS4 in Japan. However, sales seemed to dip a little because of its absence on the Vita, as compared to the first two titles. There’s no word yet on whether Falcom has plans to bring it over to the handheld console eventually.
