The news came via a post on The Telltale Blog, which revealed the existence of the three additional episodes, as well as a release date for episode five. Episode five, titled ‘Order Up’, will be available on March 29 on PC/Mac, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and iOS and Android devices.

The blog post also revealed that episode five won’t be the last that fans see of Jesse and the rest of the gang. Instead, ‘Order Up’ will bridge the gap between the Wither Storm story arc, and a new adventure that will be told in the three upcoming episodes.

“These continuing Adventures of the New Order of the Stone will follow the additional escapades of Jesse the group as they explore new and unfamiliar worlds beyond their own.”

The blog also notes that all three of these additional episodes will be add-ons to the season. This means you’ll need to own at least the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode in order to purchase and play them.

There are no set release dates yet for the three episodes following episode five, but Telltale has revealed that they will release in the coming months of 2016.
