Take on the Zombie Apocalypse with Friends or Strangers
It’s one of the key features in State of Decay 2, and it certainly makes exploring the world that little bit more interesting. After the isolated survival experience of its predecessor, State of Decay 2 adds in up to four-player co-op multiplayer. You can drop in, help scavenge resources and slice through some zombies, clear out an Infestation or two and make the grind that little less painless for your friends.
Playing State of Decay 2 in co-op enhances the whole scavenging experience whether you’re playing with friends or strangers. The ability to volunteer to help other random players or request help from those that volunteer via your Radio also adds a sense of realism to matchmaking proceedings. The co-op certainly can be janky, but if you’re willing to overlook it and get it working, it makes for some great multiplayer fun.
