Ghost Recon Breakpoint

  • PvP will be at launch for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint
  • It will feature maps crafted for PvP instead of just ripped from the campaign like in Wildlands.
  • The Maps suited multiple different playstyles. I had success with close-up fights and long-range sniper engagements.
  • Breakpoint will have dedicated servers from PvP.
  • There is a shrinking combat zone just like in battle royale modes.
  • Loot is randomized around the maps, which makes players focus on having to scavenge for items.
  • Certain skills like night-vision that you’ve acquired in PvE will be disabled in PvP to provide game balance
  • We played 2 different game modes. One was called Elimination, in which we just had to eliminate the other team.
  • The other was called Sabotage. One team had to plant two boms while the other team had to defend them.
  • Both modes could be ended by eliminating the other team.
  • The maps were called Skell Port, PMC Camp, and R&D Center.
