5 Things to Do After Beating Final Fantasy XV

End-Game Dungeons

Recommended Videos

final fantasy xv, end-game

Scattered throughout Final Fantasy XV’s world are these odd doors that look like they belong on a vault more than at the bottom of a dungeon. If you approach these before completing the game they’ll be locked, concealing the secrets that lay behind. Once you complete the story, however, you can obtain a key that opens all these mysterious entrances.

Head on over to Risorath Basin, located at the top of the map, just east of the Vesperpool. Here you’ll find Ezma (an old lady sitting on a porch), who will hand you the Dungeon Seal Key kicking off a new quest titled “Menace Beneath Lucis.” You’ll now have access to all of those odd looking doors which are actually entrances to end-game dungeons. There are eight in total for you to try out. Finish one and some great rewards will be waiting for you:

  • Level 55 – Keycatrich Trench Dungeon
  • Level 65 – Fociaugh Hollow Dungeon
  • Level 65 – Greyshire Glacial Grotto Dungeon
  • Level 72 – Daurell Caverns Dungeon
  • Level 78 – balouve Mines Dungeon
  • Level 86 –  Steyliff Grove Dungeon
  • Level 92 – Crestholm Channels Dungeon
  • Level 99 – Costlemark Tower Dungeon

They aren’t easy, so you’ll want to definitely to level up your team. You’ll also want to dive into the Ascension trees to give yourself as many advantages as possible.
