Anna: Extended Edition puts players in an abandoned sawmill in the Italian mountains and tasks them with searching for clues and solving creepy puzzles in order to get out. This isn’t just a port of the game, though. Anna: Extended Edition is the result of a ton of player feedback on the original game. The Extended Edition brings a complete overhaul of the original title, making for more environments and levels, improved visuals, and sleeker UI.
While the extended edition certainly improves upon its predecessor with larger areas to explore and a stronger narrative, it’s not going to steal the crown of best horror game anytime soon.
