Strap up and get ready to return to Kanto in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee on the Nintendo Switch. This charming remake adapts plenty of ideas from Pokemon Yellow while integrating some popular features from the popular mobile app, Pokemon GO. Players will be able to travel with their mons’, battle trainers, and catch Pokemon with updated visuals and some new mechanics. Catching new Pokemon plays out exactly like Pokemon GO, and you can even use the new Pokeball accessory for a whole new catching experience.

Unlike Pokemon Yellow, Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee feature a neat little couch co-op experience that lets you share the fun with a friend. By splitting the Joy-Con another player can join the game with a completely different avatar and travel alongside your character. On top of that, you can work together to catch wild mons’ using the Joy-Con’s motion controls. Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee are a new take on the original games that aims to add a few new surprises for newcomers to the series.
