Square Enix is arguably most famous for the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy is a big enough IP to justify a convention on its own, but Square has been gaining more fans outside of the JRPG genre with the addition of games such as the Tomb Raider franchise and Life is Strange that there is no reason why Square would not be successful in the convention world. The Square Enix event at San Diego Comic-Con this year was fun and offered unique activities, such as the Lara Croft-themed physical course, and could easily be implemented in a solo Square Enix convention.
