Spider-Armor MK I

Spider-Man

Sure, we got two variants of the Spider-Armor in Marvel’s Spider-Man, but Insomniac missed out on the coolest-looking one! Players could unlock the Mark II, III, and IV variants, but the first is curiously missing. Despite this suit only lasting for one issue in the mainline series, the suit stands out with its silver design and the fact that it made Peter Parker bulletproof for a time, which would have translated to a nice suit power in-game.

The suit has been the main feature of several alternate universe Spideys, and was unlockable in both Spider-Man for PlayStation, Web of Shadows, and Shattered Dimensions. Famous as more of an alternate costume than a mainline entity, it is odd that the MK I was absent from Spidey’s costume selection.
