Reveal More Story/Player Progression

With the recent news that Cyberpunk 2077 hired a new design director (former game director of The Witcher 3, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz), high hopes regarding the story emerged.

During E3 this time around, we hope to get more information on the plot of the story as and also peek at the multifarious choices we were teased with last year and how the effect the dynamic of the game.

When giving us a shakedown of the story, CD Projekt Red can also give more insight into player progression. What happens when the character levels up? What skills are there? Is there a level cap? Can these skills impact the story?

All we know about the story is that you control the character V, a highly skilled gun for hire trying to make their way up the ranks while dealing with different factions along the way.

Single-player RPGs with deep role-playing elements are harder to get right these days, but beloved when done correctly. If anyone has proven they can nail this in recent years, it’s CD Projekt Red.
