Strategic Supply Drops
You know how you can now call things into the field in Metal Gear Solid V: TPP? These can be weapons, ammo, vehicles, whatever it is that you may need in the middle of an adventure. It’s an amazing feature that really helps to sell the whole “amazing soldier with his own secret base of soldiers” thing. Wouldn’t it be great if you can also have death delivered? And I don’t mean in a “I got the best gun I owned” kind of way, I mean you call and something dies once the delivery comes in (or at least gets knocked out).
Supply drops in Metal Gear Solid V: TPP can do just that if you have great aim and impeccable timing. Call in a supply of ammunition and watch as the huge box is dropped right onto some unsuspecting soldiers. It’s a new addition to the series that we wish was there since day one. But better late than never, right?
