Square Enix won E3 2019 with their presentation of the new Final Fantasy VII Remake trailer, showing off gameplay refined from the ground up and revealing the all-new Tactical Mode. As a reward for their patience, longtime fans of the Final Fantasy series — most especially Final Fantasy VII — will receive some special collectibles when they pre-order the Deluxe Edition and the 1st Class Edition from the Square Enix store.
The Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy VII comes with a hardback art book with beautiful concept art, a Mini-Soundtrack CD, a Sephiroth SteelBook Case and Summon Materia DLC that’ll allow you to summon Cactuar in-game. The Digital Deluxe Edition brings the digital art book, digital Mini-Soundtrack and Summon Materia DLC that’ll allow you to summon both Carbunkle and Cactuar in game.
The 1st Class Edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake is bundled with all Deluxe Edition content, plus a Play Arts Kai Cloud Cloud Strife statue and Hardy Daytona box set (which will be bundled separately). You might wanna pre-order the 1st Class Edition fast because it’s in limited supply.
If you pre-order any version of the game from select gaming retailers, you’ll receive the Chocobo Chick Summon Materia DLC at launch. Pre-order the digital version from the PlayStation Store and you’ll have Cloud and Sephiroth battling across your PS4 home screen in a dynamic theme.
Final Fantasy VII Remake releases March 3, 2020, for PS4.
