Pokemon Sun and Moon: How to Get Cosmog

Cosmog – Pokemon Sun and Moon

Recommended Videos

Cosmog is the Legendary Pokemon that eventually evolves into one of the cover beasts of Pokemon Sun and Moon, Solgaleo and Lunala. Of course that means every trainer under the sun (or moon) will want to grab this legendary creature. Thankfully, it’s not all that difficult, but you will have to play a lot of the game.

The first thing is you must have to beat the main storyline, which sees you becoming the Champion of the Alola Region. Once you’ve done that you will need to return to the Altar of the Sunne and enter the portal. Next, you will have to go to the Lake of the Moon. As you probably figured out, these are very important areas to the lore of Sun and Moon and it makes sense that Cosmog would be tied to these locations.

When you get to the Lake of the Moon, there will be a platform at the top, so make your way over and once you climb up there will be a short cutscene, after which you will be given your very own Cosmog. You can now add it to your party and start training it to get your mighty legendary.

Cosmog is a Psychic Type and only has the Unaware Ability when you first obtain it.
