Top 4 Easiest PS4 Trophies and Platinums of February 2018

Fe is a 3D platformer with its fair share of unique ideas. You play as the titular, fox-like creature and explore the often beautiful land, connecting to the other animals via the medium of song to rid the world of the evil that has taken over. You search for items, leap between trees, and solve environmental puzzles, and since the game isn’t very long, you’ll be able to collect some trophies in no time.

Not only is the game short, but the trophy list is made up of just golds and silvers. There are 10 golds, two silvers, and one platinum to unlock in all but some are story-based or require you to do quick things at any point in the game, such as leap between 10 trees without touching the ground. There’s one missable trophy, however, called ‘My Enemy’s Enemy’ which requires you to lead a bear to a silent camp. It won’t take long to mop up all the trophies and get that all important platinum.

Moss

Since the release of PlayStation VR, the focus of the games has been on the immersion of first-person and the effectiveness of horror. However, Moss proves that other genres and perspectives work just as well, if not better. Once you put on the headset, you’re transported to a fantasy, storybook world and meet Quill, an adventurous mouse. You are The Reader, an omniscient character who guides and controls Quill on her quest. The game controls perfectly in VR, Quill is adorable, and the third-person perspective is as immersive as any other.

The trophy list is also quite simple. It’s a very linear, story-focused game, coming in at little more than four hours, and it has a platinum to unlock. Most of the trophies unlock by playing through the game, or by interacting with Quill in silly ways such as startling her from behind or accepting a high-five, so many can be achieved in one playthrough. There’s a few collectibles to find but, due to the length of the game, they shouldn’t take long to clear up.

Shadow of the Colossus

The fact that a game that released two generations ago, and is now more than a decade old, is one of the best looking games on the PlayStation 4 is a testament to how great a job Bluepoint Games has done with the remake. Shadow of the Colossus is a beautiful and emotional adventure that sees you take on some of the most unique enemies in gaming, and not just because of their size.

Taking the colossi down isn’t easy but, thankfully, unlocking most of the trophies is, if you’re planning on playing through the whole game. There are some tough ones, such as having to finish the game on hard mode in a certain amount of time, but there are trophies for each of the 16 colossi you take down and for performing certain tasks while you play. You might not get the platinum easily but you’ll get a decent percentage of them in one playthrough.

Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame

Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame is certainly a niche title and it won’t be for everyone. If you’re a fan of the sport itself, then the game may be worth picking up for the action, but if you’re not, you’re unlikely to enjoy it. However, if you don’t mind working through a game you aren’t interested in for some easy trophies, it could be a good choice.

The bulk of Monster Energy Supercross’ trophies are awarded once you win a main event at each of its locations in any mode. The remainder will require you to complete some other specific challenges, rack up 300 miles on a single bike, and use some of the other player created tracks. None of it is challenging so you’ll have no trouble if supercross isn’t your thing. You can even play on an easier difficulty to make the trophy collecting faster.
